Warm and pleasant weather continues in the Chama Canyon wilderness. Summer and the monsoon season are rapidly approaching and we are hoping the rain might fall sooner than later. July and August are the usual months of the rainy season, which brings with it cooler temperatures as well.
With some amount of irrigating at present, flowers are blooming in the cloister garden, especially roses at this time, and as recently reported here, the greenhouse is taking off very well, providing produce for our table, including lettuce, zucchini, herbs, and eventually potatoes, corn, tomatoes, pumpkin and eggplant.
We send our greetings and assurance of prayers, and are always grateful for yours.
