As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. Pictured below is a tree that is inside the “Prior’s Pasture,” as we call it.
Soon the sheep and donkey will be grazing there and enjoying shade that the tree provides once it comes into full leaf.
We have several flowering (non-fruit bearing) trees on our property, including one in Saint Fiacre Field and three in the cloister garden that our living quarters surround.
All the flowering trees are coming into bloom and our bees are appearing in the trees as well.
