Shortly after Sunday Mass on November 8th, one of our ewes gave birth to a lamb, whom we’ve named Wisdom. He is doing fine and it appears he will grow up healthy and strong. Wisdom very much resembles the sire, called Seton, one of our rams.

With the arrival of Wisdom our little flock of sheep now numbers fifteen, composed of both ewes and rams. They all seem ready with shaggy fleeces for the coming winter.

Apart from a snowfall a couple of weeks ago, this autumn has been mild. We were even graced with a good rainfall in the early hours of November 7th.
