Here at Christ in the Desert, we use the Ordo of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, with a few adaptations according to the approved practices of the Benedictine Confederation, our Subiaco Congregation and our own community. For example, we will emphasize certain feasts if the saint(s) in question have special significance to the cultures and nationalities represented by our monks. Also, we observe a monthly Requiem Mass for all deceased members of our community, our Congregation, and our friends, benefactors, and family, whose anniversaries of death occur that month. Also, each Saturday is observed as a Memorial to Mary unless another observed Solemnity, Feast or Memorial occurs on that date.
This is the Ordo for 2010
